Venues

The Victoria Hotel offers you the use of various exclusive venues for your special occasion namely The William Shakespeare Suite, The Copperfield’s Restaurant and Palazzo Capua.
The William Shakespeare Suite together with its adjoining terrace is situated on the 1st floor. We do not charge venue hire for this venue when booking a wedding for a minimum of 100 persons. A venue charge of € 150.00 applies when booking a wedding for less than 100 persons.
The Copperfield’s Restaurant can take up to 100 guests seating down or 250 standing. An exclusivity venue charge of € 350.00 is applicable.
Adjoining The Victoria Hotel stands the unique 200 year old Palazzo Capua. Formerly a royal residence, it is meticulously furnished in period furniture and fittings and offers a truly unique venue for weddings. This unique venue is subject to a charge of €1,200.00 which includes the use of five Executive Suites situated on the first floor. |

Prices
All mentioned prices are inclusive of 18% VAT and Waiter Service. Prices are applicable up to year 2010. The hotel reserves the right to revise all prices should there be abnormal increases in the rate of inflation. Venue charges are valid till 18.00hrs for morning events and till 01.00hrs for evening events. Any additional hour or part thereof, is subject to a charge of € 200.00.
Food and Beverages
 Clients may opt to either supply their own wines, spirits and champagne and no corkage charges will be applied.
All our Standing up Reception Menus are inclusive of unlimited service of local beers, soft drinks, mixers and juices for a four hour duration. A charge of € 7.00 per person per hour applies after the fourth hour.
The hotel is responsible for the quality and freshness of food served to your guests. For liability reasons, we are not able to release any leftover food (except wedding cakes and cake table sweets) .
Wedding Cake
We are also pleased to offer you our one tier Victorian Almond or Fruit Wedding Cake together with two witness cakes on a complimentary basis when booking a wedding for a minimum of 100 persons. Additional tiers, cake decorations and cake table sweets are available at a supplement as outlined below:

Parking
We are pleased to offer you complimentary parking facilities subject to availability.
Entertainment
All functions held at our venues are limited to music until 23.00hrs.
Chair Covers and Table Decorations
So as to enhance the atmosphere of your wedding venue, we are pleased to inform you that you are able to rent our white chair covers with the golden coloured ribbon at a cost of € 5.00 per chair. We can also offer you various table decoration set-ups at an ancillary charge.
Cloakroom Facilities
Cloakroom space together with an attendant can be organised by the hotel on a complimentary basis
Number of Guests Attending
The hotel would have to be notified with the exact number of guests attending for the function by at least 72hrs prior to the event. The number confirmed must be similar (+/- 10%) to the one which was referred to at the booking stage. The confirmed amount will be the minimum of people charged for.
Deposits & Payment
A first deposit of 30% is requested upon the confirmation of the booking. A further 40% is required 15 days prior to the function date. The outstanding balance is to be settled within 15 days of receipt of invoice.

We offer all newly wed couples a complimentary overnight stay in one of our luxurious Suites with a sumptuous breakfast served in your room the following morning.
