The Palace, a new 5 star urban boutique Hotel offers a variety of exclusive venues namely The Royal Hall, The State Hall, The Tabloid and Alexandra Gardens. All these venues have been designed from concept to décor stage in order to ensure the perfect setting for your lifetime occasion.
Adjoining The Palace stands a monument of bygone age. The unique 200 year old Palazzo Capua, rich in architectural features and endowed with fine antiques has been recently restored to its former grandeur. The applicable exclusivity hire charge for this is as follows:
€ 1,200.00 on Friday, Saturday, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays € 850.00 on weekdays.
Royal Hall
Situated on the ground floor of the new designer five star boutique hotel, the Royal Hall is a new chic and astounding wedding hall with imposing and stunning Florentine chandeliers which will welcome guests with sheer enchantment.
Upon entering the grand lobby of The Palace guests will capture the essence of the special occasion and enjoy the special excitement that can only be gained from this new establishment which is complemented by the innovative cuisine and presentation which goes beyond expectations. The Welcome Reception area that leads into this wonderful Suite sets the mood for high expectations of the wedding awaiting in the Royal Hall. The Royal Hall hosts over 110 people for a wedding gala dinner and over 250 people standing.
The Tabloid
Situated on the ground floor of The Palace, The Tabloid is a new venue with a versatile design. It is ideal for the modern couple seeking a trendy venue with style. Drowning in natural daylight and extending onto a spacious terrace, the Tabloid overlooks the charm and character of the classical Maltese villas found in the much sought after town of Sliema.
With its contemporary element of design, this venue offers the perfect setting to capture the essence of your special occasion. The Tabloid can host over 90 people for a wedding gala dinner and over 200 people standing.
Already reputed for its five star standards, catering is provided by The Palace’s team. The unique design of this new venue is complemented by the innovative and colourful food presentation which goes beyond expectations.
TemptAsian Lounge and Pool Terrace
The TemptAsian Pool Terrace on the 9th floor is a new venue which surely cannot be superseded for its magnificent 360 degree views of the Island. Situated on the highest part of Sliema, TemptAsian offers breathtaking views stretching beyond Manoel Island to the grandeur of Valletta’s historical bastions.
With its infinity pool and the contemporary element of design, this venue offers the perfect setting to capture the essence of your special occasion. Set to impress, the spacious terraces can host over 160 people for a wedding gala dinner and over 450 people standing.
Palazzo Capua
 Adjoining The Palace stands a monument of bygone age. The unique 200 year old Palazzo Capua, rich in architectural features and endowed with fine antiques has been recently restored to its former grandeur. Formerly a royal residence, it is meticulously furnished in period furniture and fittings and offers a truly unique venue for weddings.
The grandeur of the architectural structure and the finely detailed finishing of the palace provide the ideal backdrop for some beautiful photography. Wedding reception reservations may possibly include Capua’s luxurious guest suites, as well as an overnight stay in one of them.
Palazzo Capua offers an antique elegance of its own including the use of antique silver cutlery and crystal goblets. Clients are sure to appreciate the emphasis placed on the quality of the food and service and the vast expertise of the Maitre d’ Hotel and the Executive Chef. State Hall & Alexandra Gardens
Going down the stairs from the Royal Hall you will find the State Hall having natural daylight and being able to accommodate a reception of up to 300 guests and/or a banquet of about 110 people.
Enjoy the special excitement that can only be gained from this new establishment which is complemented by the innovative cuisine and presentation which goes beyond expectations. The Welcome Reception area that leads into this wonderful Alexandra Gardens sets the mood for high expectations of the wedding awaiting in the State Hall. Prices
All mentioned prices are inclusive of 18% VAT and Waiter Service. The hotel reserves the right to revise all prices should there be abnormal increases in the rate of inflation.
Overtime charges are applicable for events which run after 18.00hrs during morning weddings and after 01.00hrs for evening weddings. Any additional hour or part thereof, is subject to a charge of €200.
Food & Beverage
The Hotel is responsible for the quality and freshness of food served to your guests. For liability reasons, we are not able to release any leftover food (except wedding cakes and cake table sweets).
Parking
We are pleased to offer you complimentary parking facilities subject to availability.
Entertainment
Amplified music during functions is permitted until 23.00hrs. For wedding at Palazzo Capua, we do not encourage amplified loud music.
Chair Cover
So as to enhance the atmosphere of your wedding venue, we are pleased to inform you that you are able to rent our white chair covers with the golden coloured ribbon at a cost of Euro5.00 per chair.
Cloakroom Facilities
The cloakroom together with the services of an attendant can be organised by the hotel on complimentary basis.
Number of Guests Attending
The hotel would have to be notified with the exact number of guests attending for the function by at least 72hs prior to the event. The number confirmed must be similar (+/-10%) to the one which was referred to at the booking stage. The confirmed amount will be the minimum number of people charged for.
Deposits & Payment
An initial deposit of 30% is requested upon the confirmation of the booking as a form of guarantee. A further 40% is required 15 days prior to the function date. The outstanding balance is to be settled with in 15 days of receipt of the final invoice.
