to John’s Group
It seems like a long time ago that I set up the
company, back in 1958, when there weren’t
so many cars and not that many drivers. I originally
started the business by driving neighbours to
hospital in emergencies, as well as providing
cars for special occasions such as weddings, baptisms
and funerals.
As demand grew, we invested in additional cars
and commanded a large fleet of vehicles, whilst
expanding our services. Now, 45 years later, I
am proud to see my sons taking care of the business,
ensuring it goes from strength to strength. Today,
we offer a range of services in transportation
from wedding cars to limousine service, and tours
to chauffer service.
The underlying reason behind our success, is the
commitment and determination of our people, in
ensuring our name is associated with reliability
and professionalism. Our aim is to provide our
clients with a reliable, efficient and flexible
transportation service. We strive towards keeping
to the highest of standards and to providing a
service around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
We ensure we have the safest and most reliable
vehicles, whilst investing in technology to safeguard
our clients’ well being. Our chauffeurs
are specially trained, not only in their driving
skills, but also in customer service and etiquette.
Over the years, we have been of service to the
local community, as well as VIP’s such as
his Holiness Pope John Paul II, various artists
from the Film Industry and numerous dignitaries
from the prestigious Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

John’s provides a wide range of services
including chauffer-drive, car rental and car leasing.
Part of this services is provided under the National
and Alamo car rental brands, of which John’s
is the local franchisee.
With a fleet comprising of Mercedes, Ford Transit,
Peugeot and a selection of classical and vintage
cars, we are committed to provide our clients
with the most cost effective car services, catering
for their individual and budgetary requirements.
The self-drive car hire fleet comprises of saloons,
compacts, estate, mini-vans and 4 wheel drive
jeeps. We can also offer these to our clients
on a lease basis, more convenient and economical
for longer terms requirements.
For our clients’ convenience, we operate
on a 24-hour basis from various locations around
the Maltese Islands, including Malta’s International
Airport.
Chauffeur Driven:- providing chauffeur services
for various needs including: Weddings, Funerals,
Airport transfers and local transfers.
Car Hire:- licensee of National and Alamo Car
Rental, handling: Direct bookings from overseas
for car rental in Malta and Car Rental for overseas
destinations.
Vehicle Leasing:- For various uses needed by local
companies including: Commercial, Executive and
Utility vehicles. |
