Into it’s third year on NET Television this
programme is presented by the well known musician,
entertainer and presenter Frank Bonnici whose
name has become synopsis with weddings.
The programme ‘It-Tieg’ which is broadcast
every Saturday evening at 20:30 with a repetition
on Monday on Net Television brings up a divers
show that is entertaining and informative dealing
with every aspect of getting to that all important
day.
This year the program shall focus on particular
aspects of wedding planning through the eyes of
a couple. We shall follow this couple through
all the process of wedding planning bringing you
advice from the best suppliers loc ally. Trends,
etiquette, fashion and loads of tips for your
custom made wedding.

A new feature on the programme is ‘Id-dar
tal-koppja’. Look out for this
section for great ideas for your first home!
This is a programme for the young and the old
offering you insights of the trendiest weddings
and also nostalgic flash backs to celebrity weddings.
It-Tieg gives you sixty
minutes of love, romance, celebrations, information
and most of all good fun. A good feel show to
launch your weekend.

It-Tieg ‘The ultimate Wedding

It-Tieg helps to organise your wedding by showcasing
the best products and services available locally
and what’s more you do not pay us but
we give you cash for using
our suppliers. This year It-Tieg is publishing
a booklet including all suppliers for your wedding
and home. With this scheme couples who secure
bookings with ten of our suppliers will receive
a cash sum of Lm 250.00 while couples who secure
bookings with twenty of our suppliers will receive
Lm 500.00 in cash. So call

Participate on It-Tieg
As in previous years It-Tieg is always looking
for couples to participate in the programme.
We are looking for couples to participate in
discussions, camping weekends and many other
activities orgainsed especially for the bride

many vouchers and gifts for couples who participate
in the programme.
Share your wedding experience with us
On a popular slot in the programme Frank meets
couples who invite him in their homes to share
their memories and recollections of their wedding
days. Whether you have married recently or a
long time ago, if you feel you would like to
share your experience with our audience contact
us to include you in this interesting part of
the programme.

Last year on ‘It-Tieg’ we featured
many couples. We opened a series with Emma and
Paul, a couple who came over from the UK to get
married here in Malta. Emma and Paul left a lot
of preparations of the wedding to the team of
it-Tieg. With the help of experts on the programme
we were able to advise the couple with regards
to the preparation of the venue, flowers, hair
and make up for Emma and all the elements necessary
for the successful wedding. We feature some of
these sessions on the programme taking you through
the preparations of their wedding right through
to the big day. Their wedding was held in the
rich surroundings of the Le Meridien Phonenicia
and we covered their wedding from food preparation
to their going away. After their wedding we met
the happy couple before they left Malta were our
sponsors presented them with a variety of gifts
including a hamper from Cleland and Souchet and
a dream honeymoon, a Mediterranean Cruise courtesy
of Arrigo travel the local representatives for
Carnival Cruises. Their flights were offered by
Air Malta.
Eva
and Angus were a foreign couple who organized
their wedding here in Mata through a local wedding
planner Sarah Young. This was a wedding with a
difference, it was an intimate wedding with a
small number of guests. There was also a lot of
attention to detail and this wedding in a such
a unique venue was reminiscent of fairy tales.
Yet
another wedding fetured on It-Tieg was that of
Josanne and Alfred who had a Christmas wedding
in the grand Castello dei Baroni, Wardija. The
perfect venue for a winter wedding! The episodes
featuring this wedding covered the preparations
including a lovely Christmas atmosphere with a
live Christmas tree, poinsettias and a warm blazing
fire. We invited Stella Maris Choir Boys that
delighted us with their angelic voices as the
sang Chrismtas Carols.
