in 1992, Island Caterers Limited is the catering
arm of the Island Hotels Group. Fully equipped
to cater for any type of function or event at
any venue, Island Caterers boasts of a number
of exclusive venues such as the exclusive venues
of the new Radisson SAS Golden Sands Resort
and Spa, the recently launched Villa Bologna,
the Ballroom and Suites of the Radisson SAS
Bay Point Resort, the Coastline Hotel, Razzett
l-Abjad, the prestigious Mediterranean Conference
Centre, Casino Maltese and Villa Bighi.
The company has to date catered at over 10,000
events and circa 5 million guests for all types
of clients, ranging from functions for head
of states to the family party in the comfort
of your home.

The Coral Room
The Coral Room, situated on level three of
the Sands Tower, which now replaces the old
Cote D’Or building, boasts fabulous
views from its terrace overlooking the beautiful
sandy beach below.
The 315 square meter Suite is equipped with
all catering and meeting facilities, and can
cater for a maximum of 300 guest for a reception,
and 220 guests for a sit down banquet.
The Crescent Room
Just below and similar to the Coral Room,
The Crescent, being 515 squared meters, is
situated on level two of the Sands Tower.
This Suite is also complimented by a beautiful
terrace overlooking the same breathtaking
views of the beach below and is similarly
equipped with all facilities for any type
of catering event.
The Crescent Room can cater for a maximum
of 600 guests for a standing up reception
and 340 guests for a sit down banquet.

This is our most recently acquired outside venue.
Built in 1745, and with an impressive history,
the Villa has beautiful architectural and historical
characteristics dating from the eighteenth century.
Hidden behind the high walls of Villa Bologna,
its very well kept lawned gardens, boast of
baroque architecture, fountains, ornamental
trees and the overall tranquil atmosphere.
Villa Bologna’s gardens are backed up
with a large Marquee, which makes this the perfect
venue for any type of event where the sky is
the limit.

The Five Star
Deluxe Radisson SAS Bay Resort Malta is situated
in St. Georges Bay on the Island’s Northern
coast, directly overlooking the clear blue waters
of the Mediterranean with views stretching from
the historic Grand Harbour in the East to the
sister island of Gozo in the West.
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom simply takes your breath
away as you enter it for the first time. Widely
regarded as one of Malta’s finest venues,
the Ballroom boasts abundant natural light,

Situated on the fifth floor of the resort, this
imposing room benefits from a large open area
that can be used as the ideal venue for all

Suite but with a slightly smaller floor area. |

Hotel set on a Hillside in Salina Bay commands
beautiful open sea views. The imposing Coastline
Suite and Spacious Terraces offer an idyllic
setting for Weddings, conferences and events.
The Coastline Suite
This imposing suite with its parquet flooring
boasts superb sea views and abundant natural
light. A large adjoining terrace offers the
opportunity to host both an indoor and outdoor
event at the same time.

Penthouse Suite
Situated at the very top of the Hotel this suite
is ideal for small conferences, cocktail parties
and small events. The suite is serviced by its
own lifts and boasts a large terrace with sea

Ir-Razzett
L-Abjad |
A fine example of a traditional Maltese Farmhouse,
with its Grapevine covered poolside area, Balustrade
Terrace, Rustic Details, Open Air Ovens and
Barbecue Areas. Ir-Razzett L-Abjad is an Unforgettable
Setting Whatever the Event.
Ir-Razzett L-Abjad, set in the heart of Malta,
is a typical Maltese farmhouse with a unique
setting and idyllic surroundings. This 200-year-old
building is abundant in character and tradition
with a reception area that is cut in rock and
which formed part of the original stables.
Surrounded by a vineyard and orange grove, Ir-Razzett
L-Abjad can cater for both indoor and outdoor
functions, with a capacity of 450 and 2,000
guests respectively. With an overall area of
2 acres, the venue is fully equipped to handle
any type of activity. Its grounds also include
large parking facilities which are available
free of charge. |

The grand architectural style of the historic
building of the Mediterranean Conference centre,
with its wide long halls, its intricately vaulted
ceilings and its rich stone work, combine to
provide a singularly rich and striking atmosphere.
It overlooks the breathtaking Grand Harbour
on the Eastern side of the city.
It was constructed as a hospital in the late
16th century by order of the Knights of St John
of Jerusalem, subsequently also known as the
Knights of Malta. The halls of the Sacra Infermeria
were lined with comfortable beds for the sick
and injured who were treated with the most advanced
techniques and fed on silver platters irrespective
of their social status. The Mediterranean conference
centre boasts a total of ten halls an area of
7,000 square meters. |
Casino
Maltese |
Originally used as the Treasury of the Knights
of St John, today the exclusive Casino Maltese
retains most of its original 16th century features.
A truly outstanding venue with a History of
Noble Visitors.
On entrance is a large hall leading to a majestic
staircase, which branches off into two, and
leads onto a spacious landing and two different
halls. The reception hall is large and decorated
with old paintings. The other room is the Ballroom,
beautiful decorated with parquet flooring, carved
wooden balconies and crystal chandeliers. There
is also a smaller room called the Princess Room,
named after H.R.H Queen Elizabeth’s visit
to the club when she was still a princess. This
room overlooks the famous Pjazza Regina and
also the President’s palace. |

Standing majestically across the harbour from
the Mediterranean Conference Centre, this building
housed the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery founded
in the eighteenth century. It is one of Malta's
finest examples of neo-classical architecture
from the early 19th century. Wedding receptions
and dinners are held within the open gardens,
extensive terraces and breathtaking views of
the Grand Harbour. |
